Message from the Principal

Dear Friends,
As we begin the season of Advent, we prepare ourselves for the celebration of the birth of our Lord, Jesus Christ at Christmas.  Advent is a time of hopeful waiting; a time when we answer the call to prepare ourselves: “Be vigilant at all times.” May our prayerful observance of this season of Advent draw us nearer to our loving and merciful God.
Throughout the Advent season, we are invited to avail of special opportunities to draw nearer to God.  The school community will attend Advent Penance Services, seeking God’s merciful forgiveness. Advent wreaths will be shared at home with families to join in prayer with our school community. Boxes of Love will be prepared and sent into school to share with communities members around New Smyrna Beach.
As Advent turns into a Christmas celebration, please join us at mass on Sunday, December 25, 2022.
The days of Advent will be filled with reminders of the true meaning of this season–the birth of Jesus Christ. With great hope, we await the celebration of the birth of Jesus at Christmas.
Peace and blessings,
Mrs. Beth Labreche
